PAYMENT * An advance payment equal to 50% of the lodging total plus insurance is required immediately at time of booking unless other arrangements are made and noted above. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or credit card payment. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS * A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than credit card merchant fees (3%) which cannot be recouped. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date forfeit 50% of the lodging total for unused days, plus any insurance purchased unless the same dates can be re-booked. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

This property has a security deposit of $500. This is secured by the valid credit card on file for your reservation, but only charged if terms of the reservation contract are not kept. The Security Deposit Insurance for $39 is separate, and is an actual insurance policy that covers guests for any accidental damages that may occur to the cabin during their stay, up to $3000.
